Take a sheet of A4 paper.

If you usually wear a size larger than 45, you can join two A4 sheets together or use one A3 sheet.

If the size is smaller than 30, use an A5 sheet or fold an A4 sheet in half.

Place your foot in the center of the paper, making sure that your heel is aligned with the bottom edge of the paper and that your leg is not perpendicular to the floor.

Press the "ACTIVATE CAMERA" button and allow the camera to be used.
Frame your foot and try to match the edges of the sheet of paper as closely as possible to the guidelines that appear on the screen, then press "SHOOT". There's no need to remain still while the page is loading.
